I love the skirt pattern and the shading for the skin is waaay better then it is in my other graphics. The hair makes me cringe, I'm so bad at hair. =(
Any tips?
The shirt looks a bit unreal and 2D. But thats it. Suggestions?

I really like it and i can see a huge improvement! But you nee to work on hair and hand shading. I love the pattern of the skirt too.
